Purpose


To hold in trust all amounts related to the protection of career school or college tuition. Commission may collect an annual fee from each career school or college. Total set by commission in amount estimated to pay liabilities during a year, up to 0.2% of gross tuition excluding refunds. Balance may not exceed $1 million.
