Created in 1968 in TEX. CONST. art. III, § 49e; TEX. PARKS & WILD. CODE ANN. § 21.111; TEX. GOV'T CODE ANN. § 404.071 to receive deposits of State Parks Entrance and Permit Fees. Necessary expenses in connection with the collection of entrance or permit fees may be paid from this account. Cleared to Park Development Bond Interest and Sinking Fund (0409) during the life of the bonds outstanding; then to GR Account -- State Parks (0064). Inactivated at the request of Parks and Wildlife Department, Agency 802.
