Established in May 1973 to accumulate total dollars applied to the purchase of money contracts issued by life insurance and/or mutual fund companies to fund deferred compensation agreements between the State and the State employee.
Inactive in 1989 when deferred compensation administration transferred to ERS (see appropriated Fund 0945).
