Fund outside of the state treasury held by the Comptroller. Consists of revenue from the commission’s retail operations, earned revenue from operating receipts and interest earned.
To be used to support the commission’s gift and souvenir retail establishments and online retail service. This includes employing necessary personnel, collaborating with the comptroller and the Department of Information Resources on retail business needs and contracting with a nonprofit corporation if needed.
Fund may not include appropriated money as a revenue source.
