Purpose


Created in General Revenue to receive fees from facility operators for filing tier two forms relating to hazardous chemicals. Up to 20% used for grants to local emergency planning committees, up to 15% to administer Ch. 502, Hazardous Communications Act. Remainder for administering Manufacturing Facility (Ch. 505) and Public Employer Community (Ch. 506) Right-to-Know Acts.
