Created in TEX. WATER CODE ANN. § 15.93 in 2001 by S.B. 2 and H.B. 3088, 77th Leg., R.S. to implement water projects by making low-interest loans and grants to political subdivisions, as a source of revenue or security for payment of principal and interest on bonds and to pay administration expenses. Recreated as the Water Infrastructure Fund (0302) outside of GR by H.B. 1875, 78th Leg., R.S., effective 9-1-03.
