Created by TEX. LAB. CODE ANN. § 204.122 in 2001 by H.B.3088, 77th Leg., R.S. and composed of employment training investment assessments levied on each employer of 0.1% of wages paid. Transferred to the Unemployment Compensation Fund (0938) if needed to raise it to 100% of its floor and to the Smart Jobs Trust Fund. The employment training investment assessment and the Smart Jobs Fund and program created in Chapter 481, Government Code expired 12-31-01.
