Purpose
A fee not to exceed $50 for an heirloom birth certificate and a fee of $50 for an heirloom wedding anniversary certificate shall be charged by the department. 50% of the heirloom certificate fees are deposited to this account and 50% to the General Revenue Fund (0001). Money in the account may be used only to make grants to fund childhood immunizations and related education programs.
