To record receipts of surplus toll revenue generated from department toll projects after operation, maintenance and repair costs, any permitted reserve deposits, or other agreement payments have been made. This revenue includes payments from local governmental entities to acquire a department toll project, or under a contract to build and operate a department toll project. Used to finance the construction, maintenance, or operation of transportation projects, highway projects or air quality projects in the region in which any part of the toll project is located.
