Description

To record receipts of concession payments, project savings, refinancing dividends, and other revenue received by the department under a comprehensive development agreement. Used to finance the construction, maintenance, or operation of transportation projects or air quality projects in the region where the comprehensive development agreement project is located.

This revenue does not include toll fees collected from roadway users (reported under revenue object 3046).
