License fees are required of each manufacturer, retailer, broker, salesperson, and installer of mobile, modular or industrialized housing. Fees set by the board.
The board may adopt a staggered renewal system. Renewal fee for a manufactured home license that will expire under 90 days is 1 ½ times the regular renewal fee. Renewal expires on the 2nd anniversary of the date reviewed.
Board may establish a fee for reprinting a license.
Annually on date determined by board or commission.
