H.B. 1545, 86th Leg., R.S. repealed fees for:

Effective 9/1/2021, H.B. 1545, 86th Leg., R.S. repealed fee amounts and provided the authority to set fees to the commission. The bill repealed and combined various licenses and replaced references to “beer” and “malt liquor” with “malt beverages.”

Revenue object 3266 – Temporary Auction Permit – Alcoholic Beverages was repealed by H.B. 1545, effective 9/1/2021, and the fee moved to revenue object 3256 under new nonprofit entity temporary event permits (Alcoholic Beverage Code sec. 30.03).

Brewer’s licenses previously under this revenue object were moved to 3261. Boat and temporary permits previously under 3261 Wine and Beer Permit Fees moved this revenue object.
