Description


The commission shall issue rules concerning the disposal of sewage from boats located or operated on surface water in Texas and the certification of sewage disposal devices.

Biennial boat pump-out station fees are (biennial) are $35 for an initial certificate and $25 for renewal. Biennial marine sanitation device fees are $15 for either a boat over 26 feet, houseboat, or a boat under 26 feet with permanent device.
