Description


To record intergovernmental receipts from state hospitals and agencies for the purpose of drawing down federal matching funds to enhance Medicaid reimbursements for the Uncompensated Care (UC), Upper Payment Limit (UPL) and Delivery System Reform Incentive Payments to State Hospitals (DSRIP) programs. For the UPL program, the money will be reimbursed to the state hospitals in amounts not to exceed the Medicare upper payment limit.
