Description


If court ordered restitution is awarded to the crime victim, the state is subrogated to all the claimant's rights to receive or recover benefits for pecuniary loss to the extent compensation is awarded from a collateral source. Certain civil restitutions recovered by the Attorney General under Government Code 402.007(b)(2) are deposited to the Judicial Fund (0573).
