Description


To record fees set by the executive commissioner by rule paid by families of children receiving  intervention services in a manner consistent with 34 C.F.R. Sections 303.13(a)(3), 303.520, and 303.521. Intervention services may include:

  • assistive technology devices and services
  • audiology services
  • family training, counseling and home visits
  • health, medical and nursing services
  • nutrition services
  • occupational therapy
  • physical therapy
  • psychological services
  • sign language and cued language services
  • social work services
  • special instruction
  • speech-language pathology services
  • transportation and related costs
  • vision services
