A person may not perform laser hair removal unless they hold the appropriate certificate as a senior laser hair removal technician, laser hair removal technician or laser hair removal apprentice-in-training. A person may not operate a laser hair removal facility unless they hold a separate license for each facility. Fees are set by the commission to cover administrative costs. Administrative penalties up to $5,000 for each violation (collected under revenue object 3770).
As determined by the department, not to exceed 2 years.
