Description


The department may charge a fee to an applicant for a prescribed pediatric extended care center license. Initial license, temporary license and renewal fees are set by the department in amounts necessary to recover costs of administration and are nonrefundable. Department shall assess a $50 per day late fee not to exceed $500 or 50% of renewal fee for late renewal applications.

The department may impose administrative penalties (collected under revenue object 3770) and civil penalties (collected under revenue object 3717).
