CODE ANN. § 2053.023 on September 1989 by H.B. 1787, 71st Leg., R.S. for reasonable registration and renewal fees sufficient to pay all costs of the riding stable registration program. Program transferred from Health Department to the Texas Animal Health Commission, Agency 554, by S.B. 685, 77th Leg., R.S. Repealed by S.B. 271, 78th Leg., R.S., effective September 1, 2003.
