Description


License required of each adjuster in the state. Adjusters include independent contractors for or an employee of an adjustment bureau, association, a general or personal lines property and casualty agent, an insurer, or a managing general agent.  Application and non-refundable renewal fees up to $50. Renewal fees are due before the license expires. For license expired 90 days or less, a renewal fee equal to 1 1/2 the normal renewal fee.

This does not include public adjusters which are under Revenue Object 3210 – Insurance Agents Licenses – Public Adjusters.

Due before acting as an insurance adjuster.
