Fee charged each applicant for a permit at a rate set by the School Land Board. Permits are issued for a period not to exceed 5 years, but are renewable at the discretion of the Board.
Board may prescribe reasonable filing fees and fees for granting leases, easements, permits and other interests in or rights to use coastal public lands.
