Created in 1993 by H.B. 2209, 73rd Leg., R.S. Fee charged by the commission to cover the costs of water sampling and analysis, one-half to the water purchaser and one-half to the water seller. Repealed by H.B. 3508, 78th Leg., R.S. and moved to Special District Local Laws Code § 8801.164. Repealed by S.B. 1537, 79th Leg., R.S. effective May 27, 2005.
