Description


Water quality plan for a zone, including determination of background levels of water quality, upon recording in deed records, shall be submitted to the commission for approval. Plan may be amended by filing the amendments with commission for approval. Commission shall adopt/assess reasonable and necessary fees to recover administrative costs.
