Created in 1961 by the 57th Leg. in TEX. AGRIC. CODE ANN. § 121.004. Each grower, dealer, wholesaler or processor of rose plants, to pay an annual fee as provided by Department of Agriculture, Agency 551, rule for a certificate according to the number of rose plants. License fee for the certificate of authority not applicable to persons who purchase inspected, graded and labeled stock. Amended by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. Renewal date amended by H.B. 901, 79th Leg., R.S. Repealed by S.B. 1016, 81st Leg., R.S.
