Fee in an amount determined by the commissioner to be sufficient to cover the cost of inspection, testing and certification for any agricultural or vegetable seed. The department shall set and charge fees in amounts equal to cost of services and shall hold and disburse the fees under the terms of the agreement. Failure to file quarterly reports under §61.011(d) shall pay a penalty fee, as provided by department rule.
Annually on anniversary date on which license was issued.
