1983 by S.B. 866, 68th Leg. under Agriculture Code 57.001. Incorporators of a corporation under the Agricultural Development Act must deliver duplicate originals of articles of incorporation and a $25 fee to the Secretary of State. Additional fee of $25 to file articles of amendment. Repealed by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S.
