Created 1981 by the 67th Leg., 1st C.S. Agriculture Code 14.118. Department may examine each corporation with a market and warehouse cooperative charter. Corporation shall pay a just and reasonable fee as determined by the Department for an examination. Examinations are at least once a year and other times as necessary. Repealed by S.B. 372, 74th Leg., R.S. and S.B. 372, 75th Leg., R.S.
