The department may require a person to possess a conservation permit in addition to other permit or entrance fees authorized by law or rule. The fee is in an amount set by the commission, but may not exceed the amount charged for a combination hunting and fishing license.
At the time of issue. Permit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Fee may be retained as a collection fee by an agent of the department, other than a department employee, as set by the commission.
