Fees charged users of state parks. Department or commission may operate or contract to operate concessions in state parks or on causeways, beach drives or other improvements in connection with state park sites and may make regulations governing the granting or operating of concessions. Charges are levied for concessions, camping, etc. or rental of park equipment (i.e. canoes, boats, bikes).
