Created in 1971 by the 62nd Leg., R.S. in TEX. PARKS & WILD. CODE ANN. § 62.064 for fees set by the Commission for hunting permits to control game in state parks and for game management purposes. Was deposited to GR Account - State Parks (No. 0064). Repealed by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., ch. 571, § 5, eff. 9-1-07.
