Description

A person may not operate as a distributor or manufacturer of devices in this state without a license for each place of business. The executive commissioner by rule shall set fees for filing, renewals, changes and inspections in amounts to recover the biennial expenditures of state funds for licensing, inspecting, implementing and enforcing this subchapter.

Due Date

Every two years.
