Description

A license for each place of business is required in order for a person to operate as a wholesaler or warehouse operator in this state. The executive commissioner shall set fees in amounts to allow recovery of biennial expenditures of state funds for administering and enforcing licensing, and inspecting facilities.

Due Date

Every two years.
