Fees from provisions of the Texas Primary Health Care Services Act. The Board may charge fees for services delivered directly by the Department or through approved providers. If the individual or any person who has a legal obligation to support the individual is financially able to pay for all or part of the services provided, that person shall reimburse the Department for that portion of the cost that the person can pay.
