Description


A fee of $20 collected by the court for each juvenile disposition hearing.



Due Date


At the same time as other fines and court costs. Deposited by Comptroller when received from custodian of municipality or county treasury, required to remit not later than last day of the month following each calendar quarter. 



Notes


Municipality or county may retain 10% as a service fee.

Formerly administered by the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission, Agency 665 (abolished). 

Formerly deposited to Juvenile Probation Diversion Fund Account (0580) created in sec. 54.0411, Family Code, abolished 8-31-96 per § 403.094, Government Code.

S.B. 41, 87th Leg., R.S. repealed Government Code Ch. 103, and index of existing court costs and fees.
