Created in 2009 by S.B. 61, 81st Leg., R.S. under TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. § 545.412(b-1). In addition to other fees and court costs, a person convicted of a violation shall pay 15 cents as a court cost for deposit to General Revenue Fund (No. 0001). Repealed by S.B. 1, 82nd Leg., 1st C.S., eff. 9-28-11.
