Description


Commission may set and charge a fee for a letter of determination related to oil and gas well drilling. An additional fee up to $75 is charged for expediting a letter (91.0115).

The commission may charge operators a fee to recover hearing costs related to inactive well requirements and the renewal of an operator's organization report (89.022).
