A school district shall pay for attendance credits purchased in equal monthly payments, or one total payment, by Aug. 15 of the school year for which the agreement is in effect.
A school district upon agreement with the Commissioner may purchase the attendance credits to reduce the district's wealth per student to a level equal to or less than the equalized wealth level.
