Used for the receipt of balances moved from local financial institutions to the state treasury for compliance with the State Funds Reform Act.
Originally set up to record receipt of balances remaining in local bank accounts, where H.B. 1623 passed in 1981 required this money to be deposited in the treasury. Balances remaining at August 31, 1981 were deposited using this revenue code. Money in CDs or time deposits at August 31, 1981 remained local until maturity, at which time the principal was brought into treasury under 3799.
