1993 H.B. 1896, 73rd Leg., R.S. under Transportation Code 621.003 and 621.352. Permit fees may be collected by the department for another state under a reciprocal agreement. The permit authorizes operation or transportation of a vehicle exceeding the allowable weight or size limits. The department may establish additional administration fees for administration of the Act. Inactivated due to no-use in fiscal 2014. The permit fee (621.003) was reassigned to 3018 -Special Vehicle Permits - Excess Weight and the administrative fee (621.352) to 3727 - Fees for Administrative Services - Department of Motor Vehicles.
