Created in 1987 by TEX. CRIM. PROC. CODE ANN. art. 42.12 § 6f; TEX. ALCO. BEV. CODE ANN. § 106.115 for deposit of a non-refundable application fee for initial certification and renewal for approved alcohol awareness programs and educational programs under § 521.374, Transportation Code, by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Agency 517. Agency 517 abolished and program transferred to Agency 537 on 9/1/2004 by H. B. 2292, 78th Leg., R.S. Inactivated due to non-utilization.
