Created in 1932 by the 42nd Leg. under TEX. GOV'T CODE. ANN. § 404.052. To record receipts from counties and road districts for the retirement of obligations maturing, where the Comptroller acts as ex-officio treasurer of the counties and road districts. Inactivated in 2008 for non-utilization. (See now 3727)
