Created by TEX. TRANSP. CODE ANN. § 25.004 in 1983 by S.B. 960, 68th Leg., R.S. effective 9-1-84, for payment by a person who plans to construct, position, erect or replace a structure or increase the height of an existing mobile or permanent structure for a permit in close proximity to an airport of a $200 filing fee. Repealed by H.B. 2859, 78th Leg., R.S.
