Created by TEX. TAX CODE ANN. §§ 151.201, 151.2021 in 1987 by H.B. 61, 70th Leg., 2nd C.S. for the collection of unpaid prior year $25 fees charged each applicant for the issuance of a sales tax permit. Recoveries may be made through audit or other means. Repealed by H.B. 11, 72nd Leg., 1st C.S. effective September 1, 1991.
