Description

A manufacturer of bingo supplies, devices or equipment must pay a license fee set by the commission plus an amount necessary to defray the cost of background investigation including inspections (see Revenue Code 3155). The fee for a distributors license is set by the commission. In addition to the license fee, the commission may require an additional fee in an amount necessary to defray the cost of a background investigation of the applicant, including the inspection of storage, distribution or operating locations. The commission may establish by rule the conditions and procedure for payment of the additional fee. Fee for amending a license set by the commission.

A manufacturer or distributor may obtain a 2-year license by paying an amount equal to 2 times the annual fee.

Late license renewal fees are:

  • before the 14th date after expiration annual fee plus late fee of 10%;
  • before the 60th day after expiration annual fee for each 14-day period;
  • after 60th day must file for original license.

Certain license fees may be refunded, minus the commission's administrative costs.

Due Date

Licenses renewable at least annually.
