A person wishing to use an automatic dial announcing device must obtain a permit from the commission. Permit application must be accompanied by a fee in a reasonable amount to cover enforcement costs, up to $500, as determined by commission. Permit may be renewed annually with payment of a fee of not more than $100, as determined by the commission.
