Description


Fees charged for filing and recording required documents: for filing an application or petition is $100, plus the cost of any required notice, for recording an instrument in the office of the Commissioner is $1.25 per page. Commission may, by rule, charge fees for copies in amounts up to those set in Government Code § 603.004. The commission shall provide results of water quality inspections and investigations conducted under § 26.014 as a public information release. A fee is charged (in cash or cashier's check) to recover the full cost of producing, copying and mailing the report. Fees for bankruptcy authority of water districts should be adequate to recover the costs of the commission.
