Description


Seed Records Audit
All costs incurred in the auditing of records at an out-of-state location by a representative of the Department of Agriculture. Required of persons who sell, offer for sale or otherwise distribute for sale any agriculture seed within this state for planting purposes.

Egg Inspections
The actual and necessary expenses chargeable for the inspection of an out-of-state location for food, lodging and local transportation, plus the cost of the least expensive round trip air fare from Austin to the location to be inspected. All grades and sizes claimed for eggs sold in Texas are determined by inspection of the location and the records.
