CODE ANN. § 12.014 on March 24, 1977 by S.B. 286, 65th Leg., R.S. for deposit of a fee, based on propagation and transportation charges, and size of the fish for each fish species supplied or placed in water located solely on private property. Repealed September 1, 1997 by H.B. 2542, 75th Leg., R.S.
