Description
If the department receives a forfeiture order from a court relating to seized weapons or personal property, the department may use the property, sell or transfer the property or destroy the property.
If a judgment on conviction under § 61.022 orders a weapon or other personal item be forfeited the department may sell, use or destroy the property.
