Created by Parks and Wildlife Code ch. 12, Subchapter G on January 1, 1990 by H.B. 1687, 71st Leg., R.S. to record fees permit for possession of a wild animal for breeding, exhibition or personal use is $100 for each wild animal, but up to $500, regardless of the number of wild animals. Repealed by S.B. 97, 74th Leg., R.S., § 3 effective September 1, 1997.
